Cold Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage (about 3 lb.), chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 1/2 to 2 Red Delicious apples (with skins), chopped
1 c. low-fat mayonnaise
1/3 to 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
2 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Dip apples in 1/2 cup lemon juice to prevent browning.
Mix dressing ingredients in separate bowl until blended and pour over veggies.
Chill for several hours.
