Ingredients

2 pkg. strawberry sugar-free Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 large ripe bananas, finely diced
1 c. fat-free sour cream
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except sour cream, in a large bowl. Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan until firm (overnight).
Spoon sour cream over top.
Yields 12 servings.
