Polynesian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
5 oz. water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 egg
3/4 c. \"quick\" oats
1 tsp. m.s.g.
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. or less milk
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; shape into very small balls (scant teaspoonfuls).
Brown in shortening.
