Toffee Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 lb. Hershey chocolate
1 c. nuts, chopped fine

Preparation

Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add beaten egg yolk, vanilla and sifted flour.
Spread on 12 x 17 1/2-inch cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0.
