Biscotti(Hard Almond Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    3/4 cube butter, softened
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. whole almonds
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and butter.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients and mix until blended.
    Fold in almonds.
    Shape into a roll the same length as your cookie sheet.
    Flatten to 1/2 inch thick and 3 inches wide. Bake at 350\u00b0 until browned.
    Cut into cookies at 1/2 inch intervals.
    Turn over and place back in oven to brown the other side.
