Hildy'S P-Nut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. raw peanuts
2 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix sugar and Karo together; bring to boil over medium heat. Add peanuts when mixture reaches 270\u00b0.
Continue to cook until 290\u00b0.
Remove from heat.
Add baking soda.
Beat with wooden spoon until you reach a nice, warm, brown color.
Turn out onto well-buttered cookie sheet.
Let cool and break into pieces.
