Cracker Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    20 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
    3/4 c. nuts, finely chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
    sliced peaches (fresh if possible)
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff,
    adding sugar gradually.
    Beat in baking powder.
    Fold in crackers,
    nuts and vanilla.
    Spread in greased 9 inch pie plate.
    Bake 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    When cool, top with peach slices and whipped cream.
