Cinnamon Raisin Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. carrots, sliced
    1 c. juice (apple or orange)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    1/4 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. butter or oil
Preparation
    Heat skillet and add butter or oil.
    Saute carrots for 10 minutes.
    Add juice, spices and raisins.
    Cover and simmer until carrots are tender and most of the juice is absorbed.
