Watergate Salad(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. (3 oz.) instant pistachio pudding mix (dry)
    1 (8 or 9 oz.) carton nondairy whipped topping (like Cool Whip), defrost in refrigerator
    1 (16 or 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain juice
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Fold dry pudding mix into the whipped topping.
    Use medium-size salad bowl.
    Add the drained pineapple.
    Add the miniature marshmallows.
    Mix well.
    Chill for 2 to 3 hours or overnight, if possible.
    Serve right away.
