Steak(Crisp And Crusty) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2.8 oz.) can French-fried onions, coarsely crumbled
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. spicy brown mustard
    4 thinly sliced beef top round steaks (about 1 lb.)
Preparation
    Put broiler pan 8 to 10-inches from heat and preheat broiler. In a shallow bowl, combine oil and mustard. Dip steaks into mixture, then into the onions, coating completely. Place steaks on a rimmed baking sheet and broil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
