Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes
1/4 c. oleo, melted
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes to just tender, about 30 minutes.
Drain, cool and peel.
In large bowl, mash potatoes.
Stir in oleo, sugar and raisins.
