Kidney Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans kidney beans, drained
1/4 c. celery, chopped fine
1/4 c. white onion, chopped fine
1/4 each: red and green pepper, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. mayo
salt and pepper to taste
2 to 3 drops hot sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; let sit overnight in the refrigerator to blend flavors.
