Pork Chops And Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    4 pork chops
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown chops.
    Blend soup, sour cream, water and parsley.
    In casserole dish, put layers of potatoes, sauce mixture, salt and pepper.
    Top with chops.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
