Seafood Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, cut into wedges
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped or garlic powder
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    6 oz. fettucini noodles
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet on medium-high heat.
    Saute onion, green pepper and garlic 3 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients. Stir 3 minutes.
    Add cooked fettucini; toss and heat through. Serves 4.
