Venison Soup For Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. venison bones or beef bones
    2 to 3 lb. venison meat
    2 to 3 potatoes, washed and diced
    2 carrots, washed and sliced
    2 cloves garlic, peeled (whole)
    1 rib celery, cut in pieces
    2 large onions, peeled and sliced or diced
    8 peppercorns (whole) or ground pepper to taste
    kosher salt to taste
    Hungarian hot pepper to taste
    dried wild mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Put everything into a 6-quart crock-pot. Fill with water to 1/2-inch of top. Cover. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours or until done. Adjust salt.
    Serve with hearty bread and a salad.
