Fabulous Ham And Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 slices sandwich style bread, cut off crusts and cube
1 lb. cubed ham (more or less is fine)
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, cut in small pieces
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Spread half the bread cubes evenly in dish.
Add the ham and both cheeses, then cover with remaining bread cubes.
Mix eggs, milk, onion, salt and mustard.
Pour evenly over bread cubes and refrigerate overnight. Combine cornflakes and butter for topping.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Makes 10 servings.
