Peanut Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
48 milk chocolate candy kisses

Preparation

Mix all together (except kisses).
Shape dough in balls; roll in sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
When cooked, top each cookie with a candy kiss and press so cookie cracks around edges.
