Ingredients

2 to 3 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter
3 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 can condensed milk
Preparation

Place pecans in butter in a skillet and toast.
In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients.
Mix in pecans.
Pour mix into freezer, add milk to fill line.
Follow ice cream manufacturers directions.
