Escalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted oleo or butter
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
4 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix eggs and sugar.
Blend in milk, oleo, pineapple and bread crumbs.
Pour into a well-greased casserole and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Especially good served with baked ham instead of sweet potatoes.
