Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oil
    garlic cloves
    chunk tomato sauce, 2 cans
    parsley
    basil leaves
    oregano
    hot pepper
    ground beef, turkey or sausage (optional)
Preparation
    Cover bottom of pot with oil and brown 3 to 4 minced garlic cloves.
    Add tomato sauce and the remaining spices according to taste.
    Brown the meat and drain fat.
    Add the meat and let simmer 1 hour.
    Serves 3 to 4.
    Cook until desired thickness, the longer you cook it, the thicker it gets.
