Artichoke Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust
    2 c. fresh basil
    1 Tbsp. garlic in jar
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 lb. tofu
    1/4 c. pine nuts
    2 c. artichoke hearts
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. safflower oil
Preparation
    Mix basil, garlic and oil.
    Add tofu; blend.
    Mix in pine nuts.
    Pour into crust and top with artichoke hearts and bread crumbs.
    Drizzle oil on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
