Easy Vegetable Linguine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. cherry tomatoes
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    3 oz. linguine
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook linguine as directed.
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons fat.
    Saute onion and broccoli in fat. Crumble bacon.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix lightly.
    Serve with additional cheese.
    Can be served warm or cold.
    Makes 2 servings.
