Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
-
In an 8 x 8-inch pan, mix the first 5 ingredients.
In bowl combine the next 4 ingredients.
Sprinkle on top of rhubarb.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
