Foiled Hobo Stew(Method: Foil) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1-inch beef cubes (enough to serve 1)
1 small ripe tomato
green pepper rings
1 carrot, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 potato, quartered
salt, pepper and oregano to taste
pat of butter

Preparation

Put meat for one serving on a large foil square.
Add remaining ingredients.
Seal foil with a double foil.
Cook on hot coals for 45 to 60 minutes, turning occasionally.
