Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    6 potatoes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Wash and wedge potatoes. Soak wedges in cold water for 1/2 hour.
    Mix together dry ingredients.
    Coat wedges with mixture.
    Place in pan on top of melted butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes, turning once after 20 minutes.
