Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    brisket
    salt and pepper
    celery salt
    1 bottle liquid smoke
    5 to 6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Rub salt, pepper and celery salt into brisket.
    Lay brisket on heavy-duty foil, fat side up.
    Pour liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice over brisket.
    Seal in foil and let marinate overnight.
    Bake for 10 hours at 225\u00b0.
