Mock Steak With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soda crackers, crushed
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. steak sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. flour plus 1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, crackers, salt and water.
    Form into balls and refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, slice meat and brown in a skillet.
    Place slices in covered baking dish.
    Mix cream of mushroom soup, flour, steak sauce and second cup of water and pour over meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Very good.
