Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cooked and cut in small pieces (save stock)
salt and pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
10 oz. chicken stock
16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
4 small potatoes, peeled and chopped in small pieces
1 small onion, chopped
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix together chicken, soups, stock and vegetables. Add a little pepper and poultry seasoning to taste. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons melted butter; stir together. Pour in greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
