Easy Baked Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

4 whole chicken breasts (4 lb.)
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
4 Tbsp. margarine, softened
4 oz. Jack cheese, cut into 8 strips (each 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch)
5 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Place chicken breasts, one at a time, between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
With flat side of mallet, gently pound breasts until each is about 1/4 inch thick; set aside.
In a rimmed plate or pie pan, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of oregano, garlic salt and pepper; set aside.
