Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can french cut green beans, drained
1 can white shoe peg corn, drained
1 can celery soup
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
1/4 stick oleo
1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation

Combine beans and corn. Mix rest of ingredients (except oleo and crackers) in with vegetables. Pour into greased casserole dish. Dot with oleo. Crumble crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
