Cold Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cucumbers
    2 c. yogurt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1 Tbsp. crushed mint (dried)
Preparation
    Peel cucumbers and cut in small pieces.
    Mix together yogurt and water until smooth.
    Add cucumbers, garlic, salt and mint. Place some ice cubes in a bowl and refrigerate a few hours.
    Stir well just before serving.
