Old Fashioned Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. cubed, unpeeled round red potatoes (about 3 lb.)
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 c. low-fat sour cream
    1/3 c. nonfat mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a Dutch oven; cover with water and bring to a boil.
    Cook 8 minutes or until tender.
    Drain; place in large bowl. Add onion and next 4 ingredients; toss gently.
    Combine sour cream and next 5 ingredients; stir well.
    Pour over potato mixture; toss gently to coat.
    Cover and chill.
