Cranberry Baked Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium, red cooking apples
1 (8 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cut up
Preparation

Cut each apple lengthwise in half and remove core.
Arrange apple halves cut side up in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
