Chinese Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    2 1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Beat together margarine, sugars and eggs until creamy.
    Then add salt and flour, coconut, chocolate chips and pecans.
    Pour in two 9-inch cake pans, greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar or leave plain.
