Ingredients

1 egg
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. tomato catsup
1 Tbsp. grated onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. bread crumbs
4 drops hot red pepper sauce
dried oregano, salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. marinara sauce
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 green pepper, cut into rings
4 or 5 sliced mushrooms
1 oz. sliced pepperoni (optional)
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Beat egg in a medium-size bowl.
Add beef, catsup, onion, Worcestershire, bread crumbs, pepper sauce, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Mix thoroughly with a fork.
Pat meat evenly in a 12-inch pizza pan. Bake 7 minutes or longer until no longer pink.
Spread marinara sauce over meat.
Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Top with Mozzarella and Parmesan. Arrange green pepper, mushrooms and pepperoni on top of cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Broil 3 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Serve in wedges.
