Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. carrots, grated or ground
    3 Tbsp. cocoa (optional)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; beat eggs and oil together.
    Beat in dry ingredients.
    Stir in carrots.
    Can bake in a Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes.
