Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn
1 (8 oz.) can yellow whole kernel corn
1 (15 oz.) can small green peas
1 (15 oz.) can French-style green beans
1 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. grated onion
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. oil (your choice)
3/4 c. sugar (can be made with artificial sweetener)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Drain vegetables; mix with celery and onions, add salt and pepper.
Heat vinegar and sugar; pour over vegetables. Refrigerate until well chilled before eating.
