Mango Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. green mangoes, peeled and cut in halves
6 c. water
2 c. vinegar
4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. Hawaiian salt
2 Tbsp. red coloring
Preparation
-
Boil all ingredients, except mangoes.
Add mangoes when mixture is cool.
Store in jars and refrigerate.
