Peaches And Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 1/4oz. box vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 Tbsp. soft butter
1 egg
1 8oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 can sliced peaches
3 Tbsp. peach juice (saved from can)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat flour, baking powder, soda, pudding, butter and egg for 2 minutes at medium speed, then pour into 8-inch deep dish or 10 pie pan.
Drain the can of peaches, saving juice.
Put peaches on top of mixture in pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Spoon onto the top of peaches within 1 of edge.
Mix 1 Tbsp. sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over cheese mixture.
Bake 350\u00b0 for 30-35 minutes until crust is golden brown - filling appears soft.
Keep refrigerated.
