Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

vanilla wafer cookies
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Preparation

Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
Blend with 1/2 cup sugar until creamy.
Add vanilla and eggs; blend well.
Place vanilla cookie into paper muffin cup.
Place into muffin pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture into cups.
Bake for 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Top with cherries, peaches or strawberries.
