Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sour cream
    4 oz. diced green chilies
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    dash of garlic powder
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    4 oz. chopped black olives
    3 green onions, chopped
    5 large fresh flour tortillas
Preparation
    Fold together the sour cream, cream cheese, chilies, olives, onions and garlic powder.
    Smear on flour tortillas and roll into a log.
    Cover individually with foil and refrigerate overnight to set.
    Cut into pinwheels or 2-inch sections.
    For variation, layer tortillas and cut into wedges.
