Butterfinger Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter (butter must be used)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. quick cooking oats (dry)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
3/4 c. peanut butter (crunchy)
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add quick-cooking oats.
Mix well; press into a 2-quart utility dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes until slightly firm to touch. Place chocolate morsels and peanut butter in a double boiler over boiling water.
Stir until melted.
Spread melted chocolate mixture over warm oat mixture.
Cool.
Cut into squares.
