Brandied Roast Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    2 c. teriyaki sauce
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white vinegar
    3 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. brandy
    3 lb. pork loin
    pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except pork loin, in a saucepan and bring to a low boil, stirring until sugar is melted and ingredients are blended. Use caution since this boils over easily. Let cool. Reserve 1/3 cup of the marinade and refrigerate. Marinate pork for no less than 4 hours; overnight works best.
