Ingredients

3 sticks margarine
3 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
1 c. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
1 can coconut
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat. Combine milk and flavoring.
Add flour alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour.
Fold in coconut.
