Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. apples, chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend oil and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Stir together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.
Stir in apples, pecans and vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from pan when slightly cooled in tube pan at least 1 1/2 hours.
