Biscuit Tortoni(An Italian Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. crushed macaroon crumbs
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Soak crumbs in milk with powdered sugar and salt for 1/2 hour. Fold whipped cream and vanilla into softened macaroons.
    Fill paper baking cups in cupcake tins.
    Decorate with maraschino cherry bits.
    Freeze without stirring.
