Ingredients

baby okra (1 to 2 1/2 inches long)
hot peppers
garlic
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Pack okra tightly in jars.
Add a few hot peppers and a button of garlic to each pint.
Bring to a boil the water, vinegar, salt and sugar.
Pour over okra in jars and seal.
Let age about 3 weeks.
