Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 grated small onion
    1 small can pimento
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 slice bread, crumbled
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for one hour.
    Stir after 1/2 hour and take the lid off for the last half hour.
