Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped zucchini
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sharp cheese
    1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 tomatoes, cut up
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, tomatoes, onion, cheese, seasoning and Bisquick.
    Spread in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    In blender, process eggs and oil.
    Pour over casserole.
    Top with extra cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
