Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    4 c. milk
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 or 2 oz. broccoli (frozen), cooked
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter; add Bisquick.
    Stir until bubbly on medium heat, add milk.
    Stir until thick.
    Add cheese and cooked broccoli.
    Stir until blended.
